Triscan Systems Limited has recently invested in a new fleet for its field based employees. The Lancashire based firm, best known for its market leading fuel management solutions, took the decision to further enhance its Carbon Trust credentials and at the same time take advantage of the cost savings to be made by running a newer fleet of vehicles.
The Triscan Account Management team, which has been strengthened over the past few months were the first group of employees to benefit from the company’s investment and took delivery of their Mazda6 cars in early March. In addition, new Skoda Octavia Estates are being ordered for the Field Service team. Both vehicle types will feature the latest in engine technology so that employees will gain from low benefit in kind and the company will see improved miles per gallon and a lower impact on the environment.
Sales and Marketing Director Barry McLeod says “The increased fuel efficiency combined with more people doing less miles will allow our colleagues to focus more on individual customer’ requirements and response. We believe that we have the largest sales and support team in the sector and that the scale of our resource definitely provides the substance behind our published Service Level Agreement”.
Further investment in customer account management continues at Triscan with a number of new appointments taking place; Andrea Whittaker has been promoted to Finance and Administration Director, Daryl Thompson has been promoted to Service Manager whilst Clive Brewerton has rejoined the sales team from his interim role with the operations side of the business.
