Following an extremely busy and successful autumn period, leading transport technology company Triscan Systems Limited has announced its participation in the Commercial Vehicle Show 2012.

The show, which is owned and promoted by key trade bodies; comprising the Road Haulage Association, the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders and the Society of Operations Engineers, represents a major date in the transport sector’s calendar.

Triscan’s Barry McLeod is delighted to be able to utilize the event as a critical element in the company’s marketing planning “We will be using CV Show 2012 as our main product launch platform. We decided to miss last year’s show in part because of the anticipated lower than expected bookings but also because we knew we would have a much bigger story to tell this time around”.

Triscan has spent the last 12 months pursuing ambitious fuel management product development plans and is said to be looking forward to showcasing a number of new products and services within its ‘Source to Exhaust’ fuel management framework and approach.

‘Source to Exhaust™’ crystalises Triscan’s ethos in delivering potentially complex IT projects and involves a holistic approach based on comparative analysis of intervention points where fuel can be ‘lost’. In essence, the company argues that fuel management is now much more than monitoring transactions from the fuel pump and providing raw data.

Triscan continues to release upgrades to the software package that sits at the core of their product range and Odyssey version 1.11 is currently available to all customers – for more details visit www.triscansystems.com/new-odyssey-web.

The 2012 Show will occupy four halls of the NEC Birmingham from April 24 to 26, covering some 44,000 square metres and will feature in excess of 400 exhibitors.
