After an exceptionally busy year here at Triscan, we have made the decision to expand our engineering team.
As a company, we pride ourselves on the enviable response times and the first-class service that we provide to our customers. However, we are always looking for ways to improve to ensure we continue to offer solution-driven call-outs at the core of what our customers need.
Despite having a national network of highly-trained electromechanical engineers, customer feedback showed that our responses have been slower across Scotland, compared to the rest of the UK.
With this in mind, and in order to continue our promise of an 8 working hours response time, we have welcomed a new Scotland-based engineer, Graham Galbraith to team Triscan.
