Fuel management market leader, Triscan Systems Ltd has acquired control of Bristol based DataTrack Fuel Systems Ltd.
DataTrack has been a well respected supplier of fuel management products for over 20 years, and holds a strong position in the marketplace, particularly within the rail industry.
Triscan’s Managing Director, David Lamont commented, “This will be a powerful partnership in the market. The two companies will be run on an independent basis and continue to build on their individual strengths. The synergies of this move are commercially attractive and cooperation on providing service in the field will enable significant benefits to be passed on to our customers.”
Founder of DataTrack , Richard Stubbs, is standing down from his role as Managing Director although will remain as an advisor for a short period. He says, “I am delighted that having started the Company over twenty years ago, it has now become part of the leading force in the delivery of fuel management in the UK and Europe. I wish the team every success.”
