BHC Ltd. was formed in 1992 with the capacity to fabricate 30 tonnes of structural steel per week. Since then they have grown in strength and stature and now have the capacity to process 800 tonnes of structural steel per week to service the Agricultural, Commercial, Education, Gas and Oil, Health, Industrial and Power sectors.
After being a Triscan customer for several years, BHC Ltd looked to them to provide an AdBlue solution at their refuelling position.
Triscan’s dedicated Prince 2 project managers worked closely with BHC Ltd ensuring a smooth turnkey solution. Turnkey packages offer a complete solution for the installation and management of onsite equipment. The tank arrived with all equipment pre-installed to save on time. This means the team had the tank off-loaded, positioned and ready for use in a couple of hours. The delivery was scheduled at a convenient time and the engineers were then able to install the 2500 Litre bunded plastic AdBlue tank, which included a lockable flip lid and visual contents gauge.
The installation included a 35 LPM AdBlue pump with a 4m AdBlue hose and a blue nozzle for easy identification. The tank arrived with all equipment pre-installed to save on time. This means the team had the tank off-loaded, positioned and ready for use in a couple of hours.
To complete the setup, the Triscan engineer took care of all electrics including the connections to the Apollo 2™ fuel management system and Odyssey Web reconfiguration.
