Based in Preston, Lancashire, BAKO North Western is a leading foodservice company that specialises in bakery supplies.

BAKO have been a Triscan customer since their original Optima PC was installed in 2004. They recently decided to start monitoring their AdBlue and upgrade to Triscan’s ApolloR2. The ApolloR2 is a cost-effective upgrade that effectively brings the fuel management system into the 21st century. The fully functional upgraded system includes an inbuilt access reader, full alphanumeric keypad and Apollo 2TM electronics.

The engineer was able to upgrade the equipment with minimal downtime and simultaneously connect the fuel management to the onsite AdBlue equipment using a KS24 AdBlue pulser kit.

The Triscan Group project management team liaised with BAKO to ensure they were able to continue fuelling at all times. Once the installation had taken place, Triscan’s software engineer was able to carry out a site visit to ensure all training was up-to-date and that all staff members where utilising Odyssey World to its maximum potential.
